You probably have a lot of questions, so here are a few of our FAQs...

I have dodgy knees, will I still be able to train?

In a very small number of cases the answer will be no. In a lot cases you will work closely with your personal trainer who is a specialised sport therapist. He will work on strengthening the area, or worst case scenario work around the injury. He will be able to assess and monitor the damage to your knee (or any other joint). Your personal trainer will not take any risks with your health. If he cannot help he will refer you onto a physiotherapist (cost to you). If we cannot help or an existing injury gets worse during the training then you will get a full refund minus the sessions completed.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, as long as your fitness levels are similar. Our personal trainers will be able to assess your fitness levels individually (for £50 each). Our personal trainers will not however be able to train more than two people at any one time. A husband and wife team would be perfect! We will charge a little more but this will only fairly reflect the extra admin and time for the company and the trainer.

What happens if I want to stop training?

We will come and talk to you about your reasons for stopping the training. If it is purely motivational then we will try to work our magic on you. If you would like to change your trainer then we will be able to do that too. Unlike gyms who lock you in for the whole contract we believe that training should benefit you when you want it. Therefore we will offer a fair refund for any training time not used (this is all explained in the contract).

What if I reach my goal earlier than planned?

That's fantastic! If you successfully reach your goal early, you won't have to pay a penny for any training not yet provided. However our personal trainers will not coerced into overtraining you so that you save money. Your health and safety is our main concern.

What if I decide that I don't want to continue with the training?

In these cases, we will unfortunately have to charge you a fee for any outstanding training that was originally agreed to at the start, as we still need to pay our trainers and coaches who have committed themselves to training you. Your contract with us will explain this in detail.

What if I fall behind on my training goal?

Every now and again we might get it wrong. Training for an event is not an exact Science. If this happens (which is extremely rare). We will offer you a 30% discount (which will be loss making to us) until you have finished your training. This is only if it is due to our miscalculation. If it is due to you not following our trainers advice then it will be at full cost to you.

How much will this cost?

It isn't possible to know for certain until we have met you and discussed your current level of health and fitness, however you can click here to find out more about how it all works.
